Shopping for new frames is usually nerve-wracking, but here they really really like helping you; they want you to be satisfied and love your new look. They only carry the coolest of the cool new frames with full price pricetags, BUT for the whole month of January and up until February 28th, you can get any and all of them at 50% off.
Why? This is the time of year they go through inventory, so you are actually doing them a favor by taking them off their hands. FYI In the summer, the lenses go on sale at 40% off, so decide when it is the best time for you to buy.
Their after- sales service is just as good as their before sales service. They will take things back, change them and fix them until they know you are happy – and do it with a smile. Now that’s customer service!
