Q: I have a Colibri lighter issued by Loto Quebec at the their start. Mint condition, in original box. Under the lighter is marked west germany. After surfing internet I found no location to have it repaired. When I fill it with butane it leaks. It could be a item of value. Any help would be appreciated.
