Q: Just hoping you could please give me some advice as to where I could go concerning a broken steel clasp on a dressy little red purse. I bought it on a once in a life time trip to China. I hardly used it and now the clasp won’t shut properly when I press “in’ . Thank you for any help you could give me on this matter as to any chance of fixing it. I have not yet tried a regular shoemaker as I have been told that they won’t be able to fix it.
