Just in time for the cold weather, there will be a sample sale of ladies Nuage outerwear by Capital Garment Co. Inc this weekend. It’s the first time I have seen this one. This is a 61-year-old Montreal company, so it’s a good idea shop at home and keep the business in Montreal. You can see samples of their coats at their web site.
