For a few years, the location at 5075 Jean Talon Ouest was in my Smart Shopping Montreal book as Tricot Dore selling very inexpensive sweaters (before that you might have known them in the 5455 de Gaspe building). After they closed, the warehouse location has sported a constant turnover of sales. On Saturday there was one there with womens’ shoes but I didn’t mention it as I wasn’t crazy about it. Famous brands were mentioned on the front of the building but I couldn’t find a lot of them and some of the shoes looked worn. Having said that, there were women shopping and buying.

A flyer in my Public-sac says that starting on November 9th there will be another sale there. You will be able to find OshKosh B’gosh and Carter’s which are very good brands for kids. Also available for men and women will be Manager, Kodiak, NBA elevation and more. Let me know if there’s anything worthwhile.

Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday and Friday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
