Get a copy of the 18-page menu booklet by mail, fax or off Gourmaison’s website, and you’re just a phone call away from dinner or a dinner party. Catering for home (even low-fat or low salt) or office (huge assortment of sandwiches) is the specialty, with no minimum order required. Choose what they’re cooking today or from the menu (orange chicken with pine nuts, Cajun blackened swordfish, spinach crepes with creamy lemon sauce, black bean salmon, veal marsala, sushi, Thai noodle chicken) along with appetizers, soups, salads and desserts (suicide chocolate cake, creme brule, NY cheese cake, tiramisu…).
