Steaks are a specialty, so their customers know to come in when they want rib steaks (they cut high grade prime rib for these), T-bone steaks, tenderloin, rib eye or filet mignon. The meat is Angus beef and is aged for 4 weeks. Filet mignon is often aged 6 weeks.
Expect to find beef, veal, pork, chicken and lamb as in rack of lamb, standing rib roast, pork rib roast, chicken breasts, Italian sausage, baby back ribs, marinated chicken and pork brochettes, and even chicken nuggets.
