Get Ready for Vacation – Learn to Dive Now
Sunday, February 9th, 2014There must be many diving nuts around frozen Montreal to keep this store going full blast all year round. Everything you need if you want to take the deep plunge can be found at Total Diving – tanks, regulators, buoyancy control devices, snorkeling items and wet suits, all made by the major manufacturers (Beuchat, U.S. Divers, Atomic, Sherwood, Aqualung, Whites, Bare, OMS).
This specialty store repairs everything related to scuba and snorkeling. Your tanks, regulators, buoyancy control devices, masks, etc. can all be fixed.
This store also has a pool to give you proper instruction in scuba diving and snorkeling. The regular course lasts 6 weeks; each lesson you spend about 2 hours in class and 2 hours in the water and the cost is $299. Ask about their “learn to dive in one weekend” course.
You can also learn to dive with them at John Abbott College in the West Island, the CEPSUM of University of Montreal, the Aquadome in LaSalle and College Marie-Victorin in the East-End.
